Terms of Service

A Glade license is granted to a single entity (company, organization, or individual) and is non-transferable without prior written consent from us. The Glade license is granted for the purpose of using the service for legitimate business purposes including but not limited to:

• Game server protection (Minecraft, FiveM, Discord bots, etc.)
• Website security and fraud prevention
• API integration for legitimate business applications
• Enterprise security and compliance requirements

Glade reserves the right to refuse service to any entity at its sole discretion. Licenses are provided based on internal requirements and compliance with these terms.

The following obligations and restrictions apply to the use of the service:

• You may not use Glade for illegal activities, harassment, doxxing, or any malicious purposes
• You may not share your API key or account access with third parties without written consent
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass the service
• You may not use the service to compete directly with Glade without prior written consent
• You may not use the service in a way that damages, disables, or overburdens our infrastructure
• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You may not use the service for test-server bypassing or circumvention purposes
• You must maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• You may not create competing services while using Glade

Glade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

You agree to use the API responsibly and within the provided rate limits. Abuse of the service may result in termination of your access. Glade implements fair-use policies to ensure optimal service for all customers.

Important: Our detection algorithms are not infallible. While we strive for accuracy, there is no guarantee that all anonymization services will be detected. False positives or negatives may occur. Glade shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by the use of the service.

We may modify or update the service at any time to improve performance, security, or add new features. We do not guarantee compatibility with previous versions or specific server environments.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services at any time. While we will attempt to notify customers of pricing changes with reasonable notice, you accept that we may not be able to do so in all cases.

Refund Policy: Glade does not accept refunds due to the nature of the services provided. Once the service has been provided, it cannot be returned or refunded. You waive any right to a refund and agree not to chargeback any payment made to us.

Any breach of this Agreement will not entitle you to a refund and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the service.

We retain ownership of the service and all intellectual property rights. The service, including any modifications, are and shall remain our property. This includes all software, algorithms, databases, and documentation.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without our express written permission.

This Agreement is effective from the date when you start using the service and will continue until terminated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

If you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, it will result in immediate termination and suspension of your license, even if the paid period has not been completed.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana, United States, where LunarLabs LLC is incorporated.

We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties to enforce the law, protect our rights, or protect the rights of others. We may disclose information about you if necessary to comply with legal obligations.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
